A few words on the ordering process, Tesla wise

To place your order, go directly to Tesla web site (https://www.tesla.com) or click on a referral link (like mine https://ts.la/emmanuel31121) to get some free supercharging.

1. But first of all you have to make up your mind between the wonderfull SEXY models Tesla has to offer : a high end S or X, a model 3 or you can even reserve a Y as of now.
2. Then comes either the choice to get your car from the existing inventory, or do a custom order to select your battery size, your exterior and interior color; autopilot.
3. The "place order" button : next big step is financing : leasing, loan, .. ?  Really up to your wallet and objectives ( how many years you plan to the car....), all have pro and cons.
At this stage you need in all cases to make a small downpayment.


4. Now you should have received an email from deliveryCH@tesla.com saying that your order is confirmed, and that you need to login to your tesla account to continue.
5. Next steps : upload some documents like ID, proof of living at the specified adress, delivery adress...you will see.
   
Then you get an email from tesla asking to select a day and time for a short phone call (10 min) within the next 3 days.
This is just a basic discussion to verify te previous steps have been completed, and you made the downpayment, and uploaded the required documents.


6.  Now you wait for a delivery date, normally provided by email , maybe phone call from the Tesla rep. You will have to make the final payment 7 days prior to it.
